A heroic dog saved the life of her 24-year-old owner, who suffers from a rare condition, by bringing her pills and water from the fridge and giving them to her when she was about to pass out, according to the Daily Mail.

Katie Graham, of Kennesaw, Georgia, has had postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS) since childhood. This condition causes symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue after sitting or standing.

In 2019, she was given a service dog to help her during sudden illnesses.

A camera at Katie's house captured the moment when four-year-old dog Billy stepped in to warn her of an impending fall after she rose from her chair to have a drink with a sandwich.

The cute dog jumped up on her to make her sit down before fetching her meds and a bottle of water from the fridge.

After handing her the bottle, the dog is seen sitting on Katie giving her a deep squeeze.
