4 "Hybrid" advises, from Elon Musk, which work for business and personal improvement!

"Intended change should be positive and contribute to enhancement and a higher level of quality."

the emphasis on the positive aspect of "change": when people feel happy in their comfort zone, they object and reject the change in a natural mechanism of "self-defense". we should embrace change as an opportunity to grow, to adapt and to move forward. the actual situation in the whole planet is changing, so we should be ready to adapt, and be positive about any change on personal level as well as in our business, or employment.

"Failure builds character."

How many persons just get stuck when they fail? they freeze and block...Failure has build so many success, when we learn and when we review the causes and work towards eliminate those causes to succeed. same as in business, failure on personal level and life can build resilience and reshape characters when we decide to look deep into what happen to lead to the failure and fix it!

"Focus on innovation instead of competition. If you innovate correctly, there will be no competition."

When innovation goes fast and the team is focused on it, it will be the key to lead the market; When he though before anyone's else about an electric car "Tesla", and his ambition to explore the space through his projects, Elon's has distinguish himself from other competitors and made almost impossible for them to compete.

“Life is too short for long-term grudges.”

Same in business and in personal life: Sticking to our mistakes and diving into the past will destroy the present and demotivate any new ambition for the future.

We should always move forward, work on the present, and never look back.
