Chocolate Benefits? a big YES!! but...🍫




Dr. Alexander Myasnikov announced that chocolate is an essential component of a healthy diet, which cannot be excluded from our healthy diet.

According to a number of medical associations, Dr. Myasnikov points out on TV show that, a chocolate should be eaten because it is one of the seven essential foodstuffs beside fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, whole grains and garlic.

He added that, chocolate contains a huge amount of biologically active substances. which can be beneficial to our body, however, Chocolate milks isn't the one which he recommend to eat since it contains only milk fat. He advised dark chocolate, which contains no less than 70 percent cocoa, with one piece per day would be sufficient to eat.
