April,20,2021 - A child was miraculously rescued in Vangani, India, after falling on rails as a train was arriving.
The man who ran to save him turns out to be Mayur Shelke, a train officer, who was standing near the scene, who within few seconds acted bravely to save the child's life!
He received a standing ovation from his colleagues after this rescue, and was rewarded by the Minister of Transport himself.
Since this act, he has been described as a "hero" by Indian media and social networks.
