Meteorologists expect temperatures in the Russian capital to rise gradually, reaching on January 11 to minus seven degrees Celsius during the day and minus 12 degrees Celsius at night.
On the 13th of January, temperatures will return to their average levels in this period of the year, at a level ranging between minus 1 and minus 6 degrees Celsius.
