A Rare phenomenon being witnessed by Muscovites due to severe frosts with Temperature reaching -10c

For the second night in a row, residents of the Russian capital, Moscow, witnessed the phenomenon of rare light columns that appear in the sky due to severe frost.

Meteorologists expect temperatures in the Russian capital to rise gradually, reaching on January 11 to minus seven degrees Celsius during the day and minus 12 degrees Celsius at night.

On the 13th of January, temperatures will return to their average levels in this period of the year, at a level ranging between minus 1 and minus 6 degrees Celsius.
