A Weird Incident: A Woman Divorces Her Husband Because of a ChatGPT Coffee Cup 🍵

A strange incident sparked widespread controversy in Greece after a woman filed for divorce from her husband, based on a "coffee cup reading" conducted by the artificial intelligence program ChatGPT, which claimed that her husband was having an affair.

According to what the husband stated during an appearance on a Greek morning television program, his wife decided to try a new trend on social media: sending photos of her coffee cup to ChatGPT for predictions.

The husband explained that his wife had prepared coffee for them, then took photos of the inside of the cup and sent them to an artificial intelligence program. The program responded with an analysis indicating that the husband was having an affair with a mysterious woman whose name began with "E" and that he was destined to marry her. The analysis of the wife's cup indicated that this woman was seeking to destroy their family.

The husband added, "I thought it was just a joke, but my wife took it seriously. She asked me to leave the house and told our children that we were about to separate. Then I received a call from a lawyer confirming that divorce proceedings had begun."

The man confirmed that he had not committed any infidelity and refused to separate. However, he was surprised three days later to receive official divorce papers.

The husband's lawyer indicated his intention to appeal the lawsuit, arguing that the results of the analysis by the artificial intelligence program cannot be considered legal evidence.
