At 98, Bill Kober continues to prove that consistency matters more than age.



According to reports, Bill does around 40 press-ups every day — 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening — and also keeps active through Pilates. His simple lesson is powerful:

if we want to keep our strength, mobility, and energy, we need to keep using them.


His story is not about extreme fitness. It is about discipline, routine, and small daily habits practiced over time.
